  • I blend multiple training styles to create a personalized fitness experience that matches your goals and preferences. Our sessions can include a combination of:

    Functional Fitness: Exercises that improve everyday movement and reduce injury risk.

    Resistance Training: Targeted muscle-building to boost strength and metabolism.

    HIIT: Interval training designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance and burn calories.

    Weightlifting: Technique-driven strength training with a focus on barbells to build strength and improve overall power.

    CrossFit: Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. A mix of metabolic conditioning, olympic weightlifting and gymnastics.

  • For clients new to fitness, I recommend starting with at least 2-3 times a week. It's important to have consistency to get your body used to the newer movement patterns and to see best results. If you have budget constraints, I also offer remote programming that you can follow in addition to our personal training sessions.
